It seems like they have a revolving door for employees, as there are always new faces behind the counter who have no clue what they're doing. I simply asked for a small scoop of ice cream in a unicorn cup, a request that apparently stumped the employee. Despite my willingness to pay full price for a smaller portion, they flat-out refused to accommodate me. Strike one. Thinking I'd have better luck with a small cone, I made the mistake of asking for one. What did I get? The wrong cone, of course. And when I requested a regular cone, I was handed a pile of broken cones with melting ice cream oozing out. Strike two. Fed up with the incompetence on display, I decided to cut my losses and walk away without making a purchase. But oh no, it doesn't end there. The cherry on top of this disaster was when the employee had the audacity to accuse me of stealing, right in front of other customers. Strike three. To add insult to injury, I was still charged the full price for an order. Talk about adding insult to injury. Save yourself the headache and avoid this Baskin Robbins like the plague. With such abysmal service and unprofessionalism, it's no wonder they can't keep their employees or their customers happy.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
