I called around 12:10 to ask if it was alright that I picked my order up about an hour later and she said that it was fine. When I got there to pick up they brought me someone else's cake. I let them know it wasn't mine and I had called earlier to let them know I would be late for pickup. They had not even made the cake. They offered for me to come back the next day which would not work since it was for his birthday and I had ordered it in advance. They then seemed inconvenienced and said they could have it done by 7pm. We had plans and that was hours after when it should have been ready. This was what my son was so excited for. We were really disappointed and they didn't seem like they really cared that they totally skipped our oder. While we were there the other guy came in to get his order that they made, so I'm not sure how they missed the order that was supposed to be ready before his? It was my first time ordering from Baskin Robins instead of Marble Slab and we won't be back.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
