  I have never had doughnuts this awful. How does even the glazed doughnut taste bad? Everything has no flavor. I got an old fashioned and tasted like nothing. The glazed hardly even had glaze. Someone there doesn’t know how to make doughnuts. Dinkins quality continues to go down.

  Ordered a drink through the app ahead of time but when I got there, my daughter wanted something. They tell me they can’t take my order at the drive thru because they have too many cars. There’s no walk in at this location. Plus had to wait several cars behind others that were having their orders taken.

  I ordered a strawberry glazed donut with sprinkles and this is what I got (photo below). My child was not happy at all and I don't blame him! Ordered donut with jelly on the inside and there was hardly any! Super disappointing

  Donuts were soggy and gross. Deflated, not light…. Just heavy soggy wet dough. Disgusting. Vanilla cream had barely any cream and again was soggy and flat. The “glazed” donuts were just wet and not glazed. As if they painted the glaze on and served it up. This is not Dunkin… it’s just plain bad. Lots of better options locally. I won’t go back.

  This Dunkin’ Donuts has gone downhill. (AND ITS NEW) The food and drink quality is extremely poor, and if you ask for a remake because your order is wrong or unsatisfactory, they act like it’s a problem. On top of that, management seems unwilling to compensate customers fairly when the experience is bad. That is unacceptable. If a customer pays for food or drinks and the quality is poor, the correct response should be to fix it professionally, not create tension or make the customer feel dismissed. The lack of accountability from management is just as bad as the poor quality itself. At this point, the issue is not just the food and drinks, it is the customer service and the way concerns are handled. This location needs serious improvement in both quality control and management.
