  Wings are always good but when u come to this place the service makes it terrible. This is the second time I come to this wingstop the first time I thought that the lady taking orders was having a bad day but today was even worse. She is just rude, she ignores u completely and tells u with a rude tone to move out of the way if u are not ready to order and there wasn’t anybody else there. I was looking at the flavors and she rush me. Like I say it’s not the first time.

  Todo bien, la comida excelente menos el trato al cliente, la cajera q nos atendió no debiera estar en el servicio al cliente con sus actitudes hacia la mayoría de los clientes q llegaron en el rato que visité incluyéndome a mi y mi familia.

  Lady at the front cashier during the daytime with customer service is horrible i will be now take my money to a different wing stop. Nobody forces you to work where you’re at it’s a choice.

  Almost every single friday night i order from this restaurant and the employees are always super friendly.. the one day i go during lunch time im greeted by this lady who was super rude. I came in after ordering some fries and a ranch on the app.. I was holding my dog, nothing new i’ve been here with her before and never been told anything. She greets me with “i’m sorry but the dog can’t be in the restaurant” i said “okay can you just check if my order is ready” i understood she told me about the dog but i was already there and was literally just picking up my order but wtv i told her the name on the order and she said she would need to see the receipt for that order so i pull it up and i show her. She scrolled on my phone and says “it’s not ready” without even checking anything else. How long could it take to put some fries in a bag ? there was only four customers two of which were already eating. Night shift always checks the bags they have just to make sure and i understand that it takes around 20 minutes for a whole meal but for some fries ? Fries that weren’t even fresh when i got them. Anyways I come back at the time the app said which was after 20 mins and im greeted by a guy who already had my order in front of him and said “for ….?” idk if the lady told him about me or how he knew my name but he was super nice and everything the ranch had spilt and he apologized and switched it out for me. I would put less stars for service but that wouldn’t be fair to the other employees who are kind with their customers. If i could’ve cancelled my order today I would’ve .. never going back during lunch.
