I was given food that was touched by other customers due to the workers fault. I did inform them to redo my order. I honestly avoid this location and just go to the university one. (Even though is an inconvenience) Please hire staff that actually like to work and have people skills.

And this was after a fifteen minute wait after I ordered. I have been there before their costumer service socks. Will not be going there again.

However, this location did not have all the flavored bagels prepared, the bagels we received were cold along with the eggs & bacon that were inside. It was extremely disappointing for the amount of money that we spent.
