    I had a bad experience at this Chipotle. The lady at the counter was really rude when I tried to use my points for free chips. She just said she didn’t know why it wasn’t working and acted like she didn’t care. No smile, no effort to help, just bad energy all around. The whole team seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Definitely disappointing.

    Got there about 20 minutes before closing, but they still had hot fresh food for my order, including having to get more white rice. Very pleasant.

    Advice I can give anyone who orders from here is check your food. Every single time I’ve ordered from here never fails but I’m missing something. Just disappointing considering I really like chipotle.

    It blows my mind how the food comes DIRECTLY OFF THE LINE ICE COLD I don’t understand it? Like I want you guys to explain it to me- how is that even possible??? You guys just have all your food sitting out with no warmers on? Cold chicken, cold rice? Rice retains heat- easy fix make sure it’s hot- problem solved…. You guys are the only place on the planet that thinks it’s ok to serve ice cold tacos to a paying customer.
