  Cappuccino was just a cup of hot milk filled to the top…perhaps with a bit of coffee…no froth…no foam. It was obvious they didn’t make a cappuccino, just added a bunch of milk to some coffee. Took 20+ minutes to get pre-ordered egg sandwich, after asking again for “lost” order. Tables and counter dirty. 6+ strikes = OUT. Not coming back.

  I ordered an all nighter without smoky bacon and chipotle aioli. I received a cold bagel with egg, no melted cheese and no hashbrown. There were two flakes of a hashbrown sticking outside the sandwich but opened the sandwich and it wasn’t there. I let them know it was missing she said oh snickered a bit and put 2 small muffin-like hashbrowns in a bag which didn’t go w the sandwich, cold and did not taste good. If the goal was for me to never come back, you got it!!!

  Ordered a treat for my work bestie and it was such a good choice! Love Einstein’s for a change of flavor!! Sam at the register was super friendly and made everything easy, and Kaylei prepared our order perfectly. The whole vibe was warm and welcoming, and everything turned out just right. Definitely coming back!

  Ordered online and took advantage of the excellent special for a dozen bagels—such a great deal. I was greeted by an awesome young man named Sam at the register, and also had a really pleasant exchange with Cedric and the rest of the staff. The location is immaculate, the bagels are fresh, and I truly appreciate how friendly and efficient everyone was. They handled my larger online order quickly and perfectly, even without any heads-up. Definitely coming back!

  Really disappointed with my experience here. We ordered 2 bagels with shmear and 1 chorizo sunrise egg sandwich. The chorizo sandwich was messed up not once, but twice. The first time, key ingredients were missing. When they remade it, they still got it wrong again. The sandwich is supposed to come with eggs, and there were no eggs in it at all. What made the situation worse was the attitude from the manager who was preparing the sandwich. He insisted the eggs were in the bag and came across as annoyed, almost as if the mistake was the customer’s fault. When we showed the sandwich right there at the counter, it was obvious there were no eggs in it. On top of that, we had requested a double toasted bagel, but what we were served was completely burnt, literally black and not edible. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability and poor attitude made this a really frustrating experience. Definitely not the level of service I expected.
