  I am writing to report what was the most unprofessional and rude experience I have ever encountered over something as simple as a cup of water at your location at 5111 N Beach Street in Fort Worth on March 2, 2026 around 6:40 PM (Order #98B44237-81). When I walked in, the employee immediately told me they only had white bread available. While preparing my sandwich, he did not put the correct amount of cheese on it, and the vegetables looked old and unappetizing. When I tried to check out, he could not apply the deal that was offered to me in the app. Instead of resolving it, he made me place the order myself on my phone after the sandwich was already made. After receiving my sandwich, I asked for a cup of water and was told I would be charged $1. He claimed that no one gives out free cups of water, which is simply not true — other Subway locations routinely provide a cup for water. I went to my car to get my own cup and returned to fill it. The employee then began yelling at me, stating it was not allowed, that he did not have to give anyone free cups, and proceeded to curse at me and call me derogatory names. That was not the end of it. He then moved to an area where there were no cameras and began flipping me off and making additional derogatory gestures toward me. Is this truly the type of behavior your company supports toward paying, loyal customers? Customers come to your restaurant to purchase food — not to be disrespected and treated like trash. This level of conduct is completely unacceptable, and I expect this matter to be investigated and addressed immediately.

  Me cobraron extra y cuando reclame ni caso me hicieron . Me dijeron que llamara al supervisor y nunca contestó . Solo fue 0.60 pero es dinero que si se le cobra extra a muchas personas se vuelve en miles . Mal lugar

  inside was clean, everything was stocked up very well, Andrew greeted us very warmly and made us feel very welcome, Very, very nice guy he worked very fast and efficiently while still chatting with us like he’d known us forever, Andrew deserves a raise! we tipped 20%!
