  I recently went went and decided to get Buffalo Wild wings to go in Fort Worth TX. On 629 Strayon street. By the Left Bank shopping center area on last week on a Saturday night. I got a a 10 piece lemon pepper and chipotle dry rub bbq(they were pretty good)with a side of jumbo cheedar tater tots (they were okay. too pricey and not enough tater tots for what I paid for.) I went back today and got a 15 piece because I wanted to try some other flavors. With a side of fries on the side. I ordered and paid online. When I got to the restaurant to pickup my to go order. My food wasn't ready because their system went down. I waited for over 10 minutes. As a was waiting. I heard one of the male cooks tell the to go girl who gives the orders when done that she should go back to the area I was waiting at. To tell me to order a salad. And he said it more than once. She was like no. If any of that was said to my face by anyone there, I wouldn't be nothing nice. My weight. Emphasis on, my weight has nothing to do with him, them, etc. I didn't get a look at who the dude was that said that. Lucky for him. What I decide to eat doesn't affect you in any way.

  I place order it state ready at 10:40p I get there on time girl makes me wait before she ask to help I give her my name for my order she then waits then goes to kitchen comes back tells me it will be 7 more minutes I ask why she says because kitchen was backed up (Has nothing to do with me) i ask for a manager to get a refund and cancel order she says let me go get her she never come back i had to walk to kitchen door when I seen ppl back in kitchen I ask her where is the manager you said you were going to go get she replied oh she is busy but your order is ready I told her no I wanted to cancel my order and go else where then manager walk up I explain her she just ignored late order employee lying to customer as she is still tryna hand me the order I see the fries literally 10 fries for $4 I said oh no manager tell them the order is missing her large fry and remake her small fry smh she did give my kids a kid drink make it home a lil over 20 mins away why was my order missing wings I literally wanted to break down smh Im exhausted had to call back manager said she would remake the order I told her her staff is making her look horrible as a manager they habe time to laugh talk play but not do their job right I see why they habe 2.9stars smh I told her she need to speak with all of them or replace them its showing poor leadership on her part UUGGHHH

  I love this place and the bartender was amazing. I know I annoyed the he'll out of her but she was cool.

  Always have an amazing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings thanks to my server, Leah. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure my drinks and food are served promptly and with a smile. Leah's attentiveness makes my time enjoyable, and she is always available to check in on me without being intrusive. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism truly enhance my experience. I highly recommend asking for Leah if you visit! If you see this, you rock!

  Service is fantastic! Leah is always quick with the beer refills and always has a smile on her face. Will be returning for the sports and good food
