  I spent almost $10+ on a coffee, bagel w/egg only (no meat). I paid for $2.06 for a side cream cheese. Last time I am coming here.

  This is our closest Einstein Bros Bagels, and we do like the brand. This location, though, not so much. It has been our experience that they seem to not want to do anything that is outside of the norm. For instance, my wife likes to get her cucumbers on her sandwich diced rather than sliced. They won't do that, say it is against regulations. Asked to cut a bagel sandwich in half, told that was against regulations. When we ask for more detail why they can't, they just say they can't. There is another location located near Bedford where they have been very flexible about special requests. Not sure what it is with this location, but I keep getting Seinfeld "Soup Nazi" vibes when we order here. We have decided after a particularly annoying experience that we are going to either go to the other location going forward, or go to Panera.

  I am visiting from England and have been using the drive-thru daily. Saliyah has been brilliant and recognised my voice. She got my order right everytime (other places cannot understand my accent) and is a lovely person. The bagels are delicious and the coffee always hot and fresh. Will be back in June!

  Got their shamrock milk for my 15 month baby. He drank half of it and after I tasted it- was awful tasting so I checked the expiration date. It was 2 weeks expired. This is a food safety control issue. Now I am worried he is gonna get a stomach upset. They just offered me a new milk nothing else until I asked for the whole check to be refunded bc this is not ok So slow, half the time get my order wrong Please do better
