  It doesn’t matter whether you’re inside eating or you order food through an app but to spend over $50 or any type of money and getting the absolute poor food that was delivered was absolutely horrible trying to bite into the wings almost broke a tooth fries completely burnt. Nothing about this order was edible. I spoke to the manager. She was very apologetic, yet that’s all that they /she could do since I ordered through the app. Honestly, not even worth spending money at this place anymore🤢🤢

  Worst service ever , mozzarella sticks had no cheese. Onion rings burnt. Every customer had to wait because the waitress were too busy flirting. Food all cold when finally served

  It seems all Buffalo Wild Wings locations are on a rapid decline. The food here is a disappointment. Nothing was fresh and it seems they re-fried the chips because they were soaked in grease and tasted burnt. My chicken tenders and tots were aa disappointment as well. Frozen Costco chicken tenders would blow them out of the water. The lighting in this restaurant is also atrociously bright for no reason which makes us not want to stay long. If you're looking for a much better alternative, go to Boomerjacks instead! Even their wings are far superior to this place. The service here was excellent, but everything else about the place, especially the food quality, and Walmart lighting is a great sign to go elsewhere.

  Absolutely terrible. I went in for lunch break, and I couldn't even EAT MY FOOD BC it never game!! I kept getting told 5-10 minutes more. They couldn't even get my order before my lunch break was over. How are you understaffed during peak lunch hours from 11-2pm!?!?

  Oh my goodness the worst service ever! Every time I come here on my 30min lunch break it is something wrong! there something wrong with my order or they have me standing there waiting forever before somebody places an order for me. Like standing there about 10mins before somebody acknowledge me. I've seen one of the girls complete my order /bagged it. But it took about another 30 minutes before somebody handed me my order.They're always giving me a halfway full drink. They just absolutely do not pay attention to the customer. Or they would all side eye me and will not come up to me and ask if I have been helped or if I would like to place a order. I come here a lot because it's one of the closest places I can get food by my job at leftbank ..It's super annoying! Please train your staff to pay attention to the customers!
