came in to pick up an order and was not greeted for about 5 minutes while the employees finished their conversation in the back, after my order was confirmed they told me it would be out in a second until a manager or employee who i guess wasn’t working walked in and started talking to everyone in the back with eventually lead to them all going outside to help her with her car leaving me in the store waiting for my order. Then when they came back inside she was given a huge meal with 3 milkshakes before my order had even begun. i get it’s fast food and yall don’t care it’s just frustrating trying to get food on my lunch brake having to deal with stuff like this

-0/10 my food was cold, my boyfriends food was nasty and almost all fat he couldn't even eat it.
My fries were ice cold, they didn't even give me my au jus dip with my French dip not to mention the onions weren't caramelized the whole entire experience was 100% terrible.
As someone who works fast food and knows the ins and outs of a kitchen, someone should check their serve safe and re train all the employees and the managers who allow food to be sold like this.

I ordered 2 sandwiches from the drive thru and only received one, when I told them about it they questioned if I even ordered 2, I said my total was $19 yeah I ordered 2 then tried to act like they gave it to me. After several minutes of sitting there they finally gave me my second sandwich. I asked for some Arby's and Horsey sauce and they gave me one of each so I asked if I could have more and they said no we are low so we are saving those for other customers. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had at any fast food place. I will not go back to this Arby's and would not recommend this location to anyone. If you really like the Arby's chain like me please save yourself the hassle and find another Arby's location.

Lost a customer because of additional sauce packets? I eat there at least once a week (or used to). I like the food and it’s close to work, but I like additional sauces. Lady stated “the supplier limits the sauce packets to 3 per sand which”. I wasn’t asking for 50 packets. I like the sauce to go on my sand which, fries, mozzarella sticks… whatever. Anyways, it always smells inside there and the floors are sticky, as well as gnats flying around. That’s why I don’t go inside. Subway it is!

When we walked in, there was a table full of stuff that made us a little wary. Then the volume of the music was super loud we couldn't hear the guy at the registers questions. We had to ask them to turn it down and it was still at an uncomfortable volume. Perhaps they only get drive thru customers and so wouldn't have to worry about the state of the inside seating areas.
Won't be back.
