Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Literally over an hour and a half wait first time getting Whataburger. Never again.

This has to be the worst Whataburger around. We walked in with literally no guests and everyone of the employees was just standing around. They pretty much refused to take our order so we walked out.

Order #526355.
Over cooked spicy chicken sandwich, Dark brown color. Thought I was at McDonald's tasting the heavily over salted fries. Not impressed at management. Need to get this fix.

Ugh! Gets the order wrong, more than they get it right!
Shameful, stop hiring these people that dont care about their work & pay ppl better too. Its not hard to get a (not so) fast food order correct, especially at 2pm when theres no other customers.
I called in requesting a full refund and the "manager'' Thalia. Not only lacked empathy but would not give me a refund.
Take a lesson from in & out. They repeat the order 3 times. At point of order, payment & when giving the food. Not hard!

Drove all the way home and opened my bag and didn't have the fries that I paid for, I had a coupon for a free burger and they got my burger wrong, probably the worst whataburger that I have been to
