  Whataburger never disappoints! The food is always fresh, hot, and made exactly how I order it. The burgers are juicy, the fries are crispy, and the spicy ketchup is a must. The staff was super friendly and the service was quick, even during a busy time. The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere. Definitely one of the best fast food spots around

  I’m very concerned about the customer service at this location. I waited over 15 minutes in the drive-through with no cars ahead, was moved multiple times, and still never received my food. I eventually had to go inside to pick it up. It was also unprofessional to hear the cashier prioritize the car behind me while I was still waiting. This shows a lack of organization and communication. Management should address staffing and training issues. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning.

  They take your order but don’t put attention on what they place on the bags we where missing a Couple of our orders and added thing to our order that didn’t even ask for, I’m not coming to this place again.

  These guys are lost! Pulled up to the drive thru with no other cars in front of me. Ordered quickly, paid quickly and then waited over 35 min to get my food. Asked multiple members what’s going on and they responded with we are understaffed. They then asked me my order multiple times. Finally a team leader came out and asked for my order again. If you're the owner do yourself a favor and quit or hold your store accountable. You lost all my future business.

  I really wish I would have taken a pic but went on my lunch break surprised not anyone in line the guy at drivethru seemed nice, now I thought about asking for fresh fries but usually dont have to at whataburger mist time you at drive thru asked min waiting cause food is fresh well my wait wasnt long as I was driving away and got to my fries first they weren't very fresh or hot as usual and they half filled my fries im driving to get out of the shopping center dont have much time to go back a say anything as I was getting to my spicy chicken it was also not so great either it was overcooked or had been cooked some time ago idk some of it was hard stringy pieces and some was ok I hope it hadn't been sitting for sometime I had to eat what I could
