  I come here frequently for a smoothie. Today is the third time in a row the smoothies have been significantly watered down compared to usual experiences. Please fix it

  Service is always great and quick. I feel like the reward system makes it hard to earn but I still love it here.

  Size of a $12 smoothie bowl is ridiculous. Whole thing fits in the palm of my hand. Whole thing is frozen solid, like it was made days ago and kept in a freezer until ordered then fruit toppings were added. Overall quality is worth about $6 price but is instead twice that.

  Good smoothies, but they alaways take forever. I would prefer to get my order in about 5 minutes or less in the morning especially we're rushing to go to work. I wish they would have low carb options for food.
