We had a very disappointing experience at Flavour Lounge.
Yesterday, I visited with my family (4 adults and 2 kids), and the service was extremely poor. There was only one waiter and one server for the entire restaurant, which made everything very slow and unorganized.
We waited 45 minutes just to receive part of our food, and the remaining dishes arrived after almost 1.5 hours, when we were already done eating. This completely ruined the dining experience.
The food quality was also questionable:
• The gravy served with the momos was exactly the same as the Himalayan soup, which was very odd.
• We repeatedly asked for onions and lemon (at least 7–8 times), but they were brought only after we had finished eating.
• Surprisingly, we were charged $5 for onions and lemon.
• The soya chaap dish was mostly salad (about 60%) with very little actual chaap.
• One dish arrived so late that we had no choice but to take it as takeaway.
• Even their popular Jattaar naan no longer tastes the same.
To make things worse, when we raised concerns with the management, they laughed it off instead of addressing the issue, which was extremely unprofessional.
For a very average meal (1 dal, 1 curry, momos, soup, 2 soya chaap, and drinks), we were charged $250 including $40 gratuity, which felt completely unjustified given the poor service and quality.
Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience. The management seemed least bothered about customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this place until they seriously improve both service and food quality.
