I am sitting here in the drive through, making eye contact and still not being acknowledged inside. this after parking and the order button resetting four times. unacceptable.

Horrible customer service. They had no idea of the refreshers that they are literally promoting. I simply asked for one of the refresher flavors online I saw and their trains was not only rude, they came off like they had no idea what I was referring to.

They seem to always take forever, no matter if it’s a drink or a meal. When you order ahead, expect to wait.
I am extremely unsatisfied with my order tonight. We come to the Sonic quite often but today they were very rude to me. I paid for extra pickles and they gave me two pickles, both of our cherry limeade and ocean water was just straight soda, no flavoring and when we pulled around the drive-through to ask them to remake it they were very, very rude. I think this is all because I didn’t tip extremely unsatisfied and I love Sonic so this is devastating to me.
I’ll start this off by saying I do not leave reviews often and if I do they’re mostly positive, for me to come and write a review about this experience is absolutely ridiculous. If you want to go to sonic and actually enjoy your food quickly and correctly, DO NOT COME TO THIS SONIC! Absolutely and entirely ridiculous. Originally arrived around midnight, cashier was standing outside by the ordering machine, told us that we’d have to order online bcus they’re only accepting online orders, okay no worries, we drive to a parking spot, place our order and 30 mins later he comes out with the COMPLETE wrong order, an order originally placed with uber eats, a little annoying but still tolerable, we go and wait at the drive through line, let the man know our order is wrong, wait another 15 mins , at this point it’s 12:45, finally he gives us the food, again it’s wrong, burger has mayo asked for no mayo, paid extra for extra cherries, zero cherries given btw and not to mention they’re out of tea 2 hours before close just bcus he didn’t want to make new. come back around through the line and we are once again met with a rude and extremely dismissive nasty behavior. We ask politely if we can get a refund for the food and instead we are met a rude ‘you can refund the food on the app’ Entirely ridiculous experience and completely unprofessional.
If you want to enjoy your food quickly and correct I would recommend driving a few minutes down the road to sonic off of Preston Road.
