  Disappointing, to say the least. The whole experience felt forced rather than enjoyable. The music was painfully loud, and the live performance—honestly—was just not good. The lighting was okay, but there was absolutely no real vibe. The ambience felt average at best, nothing close to what’s being advertised. The crispy corn, a dish that’s usually hard to mess up, somehow tasted like besan boondi—very disappointing. Sorry, Rotate—you really need to live up to the standards you claim.

  Had a great experience at Rotate Social Bar & Kitchen! The vibe is absolutely amazing—perfect mix of lively and chill, making it a great spot to hang out with friends. The ambiance, music, and overall energy really stand out. The food was equally impressive—everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and well-presented. You can tell they put effort into both taste and quality. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for good vibes and tasty food all in one spot!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. After placing our order, we had to wait nearly an hour for the food, and there was no heads-up or communication about the delay. Unfortunately, the food was not worth the wait—the taste was very poor. After paying the bill, we politely tried to share feedback and suggest improvements in quality and service, but the manager responded very rudely. This was my third visit, and sadly, the experience has not improved. I would not recommend this place. Don’t waste your time—both the service and food quality are disappointing.

  We had an amazing experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Numi! From the start, Numi was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. He made us feel comfortable right away and took the time to explain the menu, suggest dishes, and check in at just the right moments without being intrusive. What stood out the most was his positive attitude and genuine care — it didn’t feel like just service, it felt like hospitality. Everything was handled smoothly, and he made sure our entire dining experience was seamless. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond like this. Numi truly elevated our visit. Highly recommend asking for Numi if you want a great experience!

  I recently visited Rotate Social in Frisco with a group of friends, and wow—what an incredible experience from start to finish! This Indian fusion sports bar and restaurant at 5454 Main St hits the perfect vibe: lively atmosphere with massive screens showing multiple games, great cocktails, and that signature Indian-American twist on the menu (the butter chicken nachos and tandoori wings were next-level). But what truly made our night unforgettable was the service. A huge shoutout to Sowmya and Vineetha, again, a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO SOWMYA AND VINEETHA—you two are absolute rock stars! From the moment we walked in, they greeted us with genuine smiles and made sure we felt right at home. They went above and beyond, explaining the menu in detail, customizing our orders without hesitation, and even checking in multiple times to ensure everything was perfect. When one of our friends had a dietary restriction, Vineetha personally coordinated with the kitchen to make it work seamlessly. Sowmya kept the drinks flowing and the vibes high, all while juggling a busy Friday night like it was nothing. What really stands out is the customer-first culture they embody at Rotate. It’s clear this isn’t just a job for them—they truly care about making every guest feel valued and taken care of. In a place with so much energy and great food, their warmth and attentiveness made us feel like VIPs. We’ll definitely be back (and bringing more friends)!
