There’s zero accountability, and the staff act like they can do whatever they want without consequences. They messed up my order and blamed being “too busy” instead of fixing it. When I asked for the manager’s name, he hung up instead of taking responsibility — and then refused to answer my calls afterward. That’s not customer service; that’s poor management and cowardly behavior. I won’t be ordering from here again. Sad little man.
