  Even after waiting long, No one was attending counter to handover over my online order which was supposed to be picked from the counter. The finally given food with a weird look, like it was my mistake to wait and to ask if someone can attend me please, was cold obviously. Suggestion: attend customers for pickup or put their orders on the pickup racks you have, who are waiting long on your counter, and staff was just pretending that no one is standing and waiting.

  These guys straight up took my money! I was a few cents short of my purchase. A few seconds later I got my money to finish my purchase and the kiosk wasn’t taking my money! I asked a worker to come over and check it out and they were confused and just walked away. I waited like ten minutes and nobody came and I saw him working at the register like nothing ever happened. I asked another worker and she did the same exact thing! We brought it back up with her and she brought out her manager. The manager started acting like I did something wrong and she didn’t even do anything! A few minutes later the second worker asked for my name and I thought things were looking up because she was going to get me my purchase finally. So then I waited another 20 minutes and got nothing! Mind you, the order was a small caramel frappe!!! At that point I just left because I had somewhere to be. I don’t want to complain about losing that small amount of money, but the service was TERRIBLE!!!

  Worst McDonalds I’ve visited. Staff incredibly rude, impatient and not accommodating. I don’t expect much from a McDonalds - but this one stay far away! Ps: they handle your food with bare hands, watched them push down my fries with their bare hands🤮
