  I had a pretty frustrating experience at this McDonald's. I went through the drive-thru to order the new Big Arch meal that was being advertised on both of the drive-thru menu screens. When I tried to order it, the employee told me they didn't have it. When I asked why, she said it was because she couldn't find it on her screen. That’s not a very reassuring answer when it’s literally being advertised right in front of customers. The Big Arch burger is basically just a different combination of ingredients that are already used on other burgers, so it felt more like the employee didn’t want to deal with figuring it out than the restaurant actually not being able to make it. Overall, it came across as lazy and unhelpful service. If you're going to advertise something on the menu boards, the staff should at least know how to ring it up or make an effort to help the customer. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

  Been here twice and each time they never include the sauces with the nuggets. For the kids meal every single time I ask no mustard and they still put it on there. Ugh whatever not coming back to this location

  Don't order breakfast at 10:20 because they will not make your food in the morning 10 minutes before 10:30 so if you shop at this location and you want breakfast and you try to make it 10 minutes before they stop selling breakfast they will not give you your breakfast order and will cancel your order they are very unprofessional. Fernando and the drive-thru lady they are very rude this is not how things are done here someone needs to come and evaluate the store ASAP. While the lady to drive through will tell you you have to be there when you make the order which is not true. I was in the parking lot before I made the order 10 minutes prior 10:30...... Who cuts off breakfast that early Sonic would be my new go to.
