- KJKatie JohnsonApr 6, 20265.0The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because of Tyler! He is the food manager and he was able to not only save our visit once but TWICE! Last week we were there for our daughters birthday, we ordered food and slurpees and we waited and waited and waited.. I get it, it’s busy on the weekends and parties take up time but the time we sat and watch other food go out and then watched the employees eating behind the counter, and then our fries sitting in the window until they got cold - we finally got buzzed for our pizza and as I arrived to the counter the lady grabbed the buzzer and said “it’s gonna be a while they messed up”… it was 1 large pizza half pepperoni half cheese.. so I told her what’s wrong with it “they put pepperoni on all of it” ok well we’ve waiting long enough and now we have to leave. Tyler had just arrived for his shift and treated us with so much respect and service was TOP Notch! He told us to come back again and he’ll take care of us. This past weekend we went back and he took care of us, we didn’t expect much just a discount or free drink but he went over and beyond! We were able to enjoy our visit and our food thanks to Tyler!! We detail be back!

- JCJames ClayMar 20, 20261.0My wife and I went to main event in Frisco. We decided to go bowling. We were having a good time. Then a large group of 7 kids and 6 adults were put beside us. Immediately the kids started yelling and screaming and standing in our lane. They were asked to move over several times and refused. Even started running behind us when we were bowling. Parents never said a word. No one working at main event ever came over or said anything to the group. So after spending 30 dollars to bowl we just left.
