  I've ordered from this location twice and it has taken 30 & 40 minutes to get a single sandwich delivered. If I wanted to wait that long for delivery, I would have ordered from somewhere else. Isn't the entire point of JJ to be "freaky fast"? I've never had any other location have this problem, that includes in Arlington, Austin, Houston, and Sugar Land. So what's the deal here?

  Food and service was amazing, saw a cockroach fall from the light and running around the restaurant while I was waiting on my food.... Yall might need to investigate

  I had an amazing experience at Jimmy John’s today thanks to Diondre! He did a truly magnificent job. He took the time to explain the menu in detail, went back over our order to make sure everything was correct, and was incredibly patient and friendly throughout the whole process. He also educated us about the rewards program and made sure we understood how it works, which we really appreciated. It’s rare to see customer service that goes so far above and beyond these days. Diondre definitely deserves recognition — and honestly, a raise! Thank you for having such a dedicated and helpful team member.
