Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Many customers reported poor service, including long wait times, incorrect orders, and unprofessional staff behavior.

Given this place multiple chances. No matter how “busy” they are, service is always incredibly slow, food is inaccurate, and staff doesn’t seem to care. Want one taquito? Wait 30 minutes in drive through. Want one burger? Wait 30 minutes in drive through. God help you if you are ordering for a family

I used to love Whataburger—it's been a go-to for years—but lately, it feels like the quality just isn't what it used to be.
Ordered a simple two Whataburger combo: one with mustard and one with mayo. Both came with mayo anyway—classic mix-up that shouldn't happen on a basic order. The fries were way too salty, almost inedible, like someone dumped the entire salt shaker on them. The cheese on both burgers wasn't melted at all—just a cold slice that I could have pulled straight from the fridge at home. The burger itself was barely warm and not good.
For a straightforward drive-thru/to-go order, this was sloppy execution all around. Quality has clearly slipped—whether it's rushed prep, cost-cutting, or whatever's going on behind the scenes. Such a shame because Whataburger had that iconic, fresh appeal for so long. Simply put: disappointed.

Came to this location at 5:17a.m. And received old warm fries, and a burger that came out of nowhere.
Literally there was no one was cooking anything!
I checked the food when I was in my car and threw it away. Really made me feel confrontational so I just left and blamed myself for even attempting to buy food from this location at that the time.

The people running this place are incompetent. My wife ordered a "basic cheeseburger" and when she got home we found out they gave her a bun with a piece of cheese...and that's it. This is probably the third time I've gone there and had my order messed up. I won't go here anymore. I recommend you do the same. The service is ALWAYS slow and always bad. I have to repeat myself multiple times and they still get it wrong. Probably just going to avoid Whataburger altogether in the future. Their hiring standards are clearly in the toilet, and so is their food.
