Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    Normally, I love this place but today I asked for a lettuce wrap meaning lettuce with no bun and they gave me the lettuce separate from the burger sub from all the sides and no sauce like I’m supposed to sit there in my car and put it together

    Not sure what happened to this place… before they use to have good food and service but lately they've been horrible. They didn't put chicken in our salad, didnt give us ketchup, and served us Old Fries! 😝

    I always enjoy the food here — my orders are consistently correct and the staff is friendly. The location is clean and the drive-thru workers are polite. The only downside is the wait time. I usually expect to be in line for about 15-30 minutes or more, even when it’s not busy. If they could speed things up a bit, it would definitely be a better experience.

    I have never visited a disappointing Whataburger until now, and I must say, this was the poorest experience I have had. It seems to me that the behavior of certain demographics and this generation can significantly impact the success of a business. Specifically, I ordered two bacon and cheese taquitos with grilled onions and jalapeños, for which I paid an additional charge. However, I received one taquito with only bacon and cheese, and the other contained only eggs. Furthermore, I did not receive the grilled onions or jalapeños that I paid for. I stood at the counter for several minutes while the staff ignored me, until finally, someone asked what the issue was. I must admit that the service I received was far from satisfactory. I regret to say that I will not be returning to this establishment, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

    I had the worst experience on Friday OCT 31,2025 Halloween They messed up my order not ones but twice and I had to wait 15min for what for double dissapomant so please stop wasting my time and double check the order and just read it back to the customer. Simply customer service that company don't care about anymore .so one start ⭐️ and highly Unacceptable.
