Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Many customers reported long wait times and poor service, particularly in the drive-thru, with multiple instances of orders being forgotten or incorrect.

The burgers were sad, fries were soggy, and the service was lacking. They were very pleasant to talk to but they kept missing items from our order.

Love that this Whataburger is open 24/7! The food is always hot, fresh, and hits the spot no matter the time. Staff is friendly and quick, even late at night. Definitely my go-to when everything else is closed.

I literally ordered a chicken sandwich meal and they asked me to pull up to the front. Everyone behind me got their food before me, I had to reverse back to the window because the workers were ignoring me/forgot about me. I waited 25 min for cold food. Whataburger’s always slow but oh my gosh this was insane.

Honestly, I've been to this whataburger so many times over the years... this time was the worst. My boyfriend and I both got a meal and the patties were old, cold, dry and super bland. I asked for no lettuce and extra pickles but got extra lettuce and 3 pickles. I immediately felt sick after eating half the burger. The fries were also super old and were almost like plastic for some reason. We literally picked up the food like 7 minutes after placing the order so there was no way it could've been sitting for long. It was a waste of 30 bucks. We will definitely not return to this location.

Food is fine. Service is absolutely awful. Spent half an hour in the drive thru for one combo. They were giving out orders out of order and didn’t have mine when I pulled up. Didn’t know what happened to it. There were only 2 cars in front when I pulled up and it pooled up to 5. Awful.
