- TSTee SNov 9, 20251.0This place is going downhill bad. Customer service is horrendous and rude, gets annoyed when you ask too many questions about the menu. Starting to serve food that you can tell has been sitting out for quite a while, my chicken tenders were old, one had hair on them and my fries were old as well. Different packaging was given this time for the chicken tenders as well, instead of the enclosed box they normally come in, they were put in a pocket regular box like normal chicken nuggets come in. The food was also not hot, I should’ve taken pictures but I just was so disgusted that I threw it out. Fast food is not the best, but I figured if I’m paying over 10$ for food it should be at least hot let alone fresh. Very disappointed, hope things change here soon. The young dark haired woman at the Wendy also needs better customer service training.
