Always out of food. We order it then get told sorry we don’t have that, can we give you something different. No napkins in the dispenser, BBQ sauce is out and 2 of the 3 ordering kiosk not working. I tried to order on the mobile app and wouldn’t work. Disappointing

I came into the drive through for the first time and Gianna was so helpful. She went through the whole menu with me and gave great recommendations. She was so warm and knowledgeable, and her customer service skills were a 12/10!

The food is okay but every single time I come in here, they’re out of so much stuff. One time I placed an order and they completely cancelled the entire order with NO explanation. This time they’re out of BBQ sauce, potatoes, and dessert. How are you out of bbq sauce when you’re a BBQ place? What’s the point of being open, if you’re running out of items HOURS before you’re supposed to close? It’s ridiculous.

I have come to this place 3 or 4 times now. They claim to be a Texas BBQ place but they don't serve bacon. When they do serve chicken it's tough as he'll and anytime I order brisket other than sliced they put sauce on it. What are you trying to hide? This is the only BBQ place that doesn't ask if I want sauce. I have had the brisket plate which was great . I have ordered brisket nachos, smoked chicken, chopped brisket sandwich and today i got a chopped brisket bake potato and it comes out with some sweet sauce. Drop the sauce bucket. This isn't Texes BBQ. Its California BBQ pretending to be something it's not. Sauce is a side that improves on the flavor of something. If you make brisket right no sauce is needed. This place is located inside H E B stores. So you can see they responded to my review with one of those half hearted responses. There called True Texas BBQ? More like True Texas Sloppy Joe I mean Its closer to Hawaiian BBQ. Okay so they opened in 2014. That explains a lot. It is owned by H-E-B which makes me question how much I can trust H-E-B's Judgment. I don't shop at H-E-B my work takes me there some times. The closest one to me is the one up on 380 in Frisco I believe. Texas Monthly voted them The best BBQ Chain. I don't read Texas Monthly Since I was born in Texas and have lived here my whole life. Texas Monthly has never had good BBQ then. Point is I don't think they will change They don't serve chicken or bacon and will serve you sloppy joe Brisket when you order chopped brisket and (no sloppy joe is not a nickname for Biden)
