  Incompetent employees who can not simply read a screen directly in front of them. Wasted time, energy, and gas because of this. Had a certain amount of time to get back to work. Because I did not sit at the window and open up every item to make sure it was correct I got screwed. I do not have the time to come back as I took lunch to come here. I live no where near this location as I was en route to a job and decided to stop here so I’m completely at a loss for a refund or the correct food. Because the employees don’t pay attention to what they are doing I now don’t get to eat lunch. I advise everybody that comes through this drive thru to stay at the window and double check all of your items because it’s very apparent the management team lacks proper training with there employees. It’s very sad that someone can be in a job that’s so easy yet still mess it up. I’m still waiting for a call back from upper management which will most likely not take place because I’m sure they will mess that up as well.

  So, the family wanted Taco Bell for dinner = big order. I enter the store and the woman comes to the counter and tells me I have to use the kiosk. I don't do kiosks because it takes forever and usually, the kiosk can't accomodate modifications to things. She says the kiosk can handle any changes and we have to use it (translation: I'm too lazy to do my job). So, literally takes me 20 minutes to place an $80 order on the kiosk and guess what? I can't make the changes I want. There's only 2 kiosks, so between myself and another gentleman using the other kiosk and having just as much trouble, the line backs up. Lo and behold, suddenly they are able to take orders at the register. I guess the non-lazy person decided to take matters into their own hands and take orders. Food comes and I should have disassembled my order right there and checked it because I don't think I've ever ordered from this location without them screwing it up. But, I was aggravated and just wanted to go home. Of course when I get home, I find they left out 2 items from my order and screwed up another item. So now I have to drive 10 minutes back to the restaurant to get things fixed. No apologies or even an acknowledgement that they suck. Just gave me my new stuff and walked away. Can't remember when I've seen a bigger bunch of goons including the manager, all working at the same restaurant in my life. Steer clear of this place!
