  So, the family wanted Taco Bell for dinner = big order. I enter the store and the woman comes to the counter and tells me I have to use the kiosk. I don't do kiosks because it takes forever and usually, the kiosk can't accomodate modifications to things. She says the kiosk can handle any changes and we have to use it (translation: I'm too lazy to do my job). So, literally takes me 20 minutes to place an $80 order on the kiosk and guess what? I can't make the changes I want. There's only 2 kiosks, so between myself and another gentleman using the other kiosk and having just as much trouble, the line backs up. Lo and behold, suddenly they are able to take orders at the register. I guess the non-lazy person decided to take matters into their own hands and take orders. Food comes and I should have disassembled my order right there and checked it because I don't think I've ever ordered from this location without them screwing it up. But, I was aggravated and just wanted to go home. Of course when I get home, I find they left out 2 items from my order and screwed up another item. So now I have to drive 10 minutes back to the restaurant to get things fixed. No apologies or even an acknowledgement that they suck. Just gave me my new stuff and walked away. Can't remember when I've seen a bigger bunch of goons including the manager, all working at the same restaurant in my life. Steer clear of this place!

  We’ve ordered delivery from this location (on DoorDash) a few times now and I just wanted to give a shout out because they NEVER miss. Always have napkins, always have sauces, always have straws. Three things that get often missed from other places. Obviously this is delivery and food gets shuffled in bags… but when I tell you they never miss… you get food neatly wrapped and get to handle and eat nicely prepared menu items that don’t fall apart. The portions are also consistent so we basically know what quality we’re getting when we order from this location. Great job, guys. Your team is rocking it!

  OMG — I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell location for a few months now, and the food is consistently on point. Tonight, though, I want to give special recognition to two team members who truly stood out: LB at the window and DeeDee on the intercom. Their kindness, patience, and overall positive attitude made the experience exceptional. When the individuals at the window and intercom are this pleasant, it’s a strong reflection of the entire crew. I genuinely appreciate the great mood and friendly service. This location continues to be a fantastic Taco Bell to visit!

  I bought veggi bowl in store at this location. The employee is not trained how much quantity to put in the bowl and the service is bad. Quantity is very less and absolutely not worth for the money. The tried the other location which is near by and they are well trained and there service was much better than this location. I will never come to this location.

  Make sure you look at your receipts.. The guy at the window automatically rounded up for whatever they are collecting for without permission.
