Just waited 25 minutes for a simple order! And there were another 8 people waiting on their orders just as long! Lady making the food was eating as she made food! Not a single apology was offered!

She has been consistently rude, and carries herself with an attitude of misery. My first 5 jobs were food service, so I get it—genuinely, and that’s why I tolerated it for my previous orders, but she needs to watch how she’s talking to people that she doesn’t know. Today she cut me off multiple times while I was speaking and ultimately made the interaction longer which I’m sure she was trying to avoid by cutting me off.. but girl…if you LET ME SPEAK it would’ve been done and over with! This location needs to have someone with better temperament on the customer service end please cause she’s making things terrible for the both of us, and she really has no business treating people the way she does.
