  Got meatball sub, meatballs room temp. Bathroom filthy, they don’t pick up calls. Avoid if possible

  I have been visiting this Subway since it’s the closest to my home, but I am consistently disappointed. I never reported it before, as I assumed the service issues were because mostly college kids are employed here. Today, however, was unacceptable. When I ordered Italian Herb & Cheese bread, I was told it was “out of stock.” Yet, I could clearly see a full rack of it. When I pointed this out, the response I received was that they were “saving those for future customers” and that it’s difficult to bake more, especially for online orders. This reasoning makes no sense—why would future customers be prioritized over the ones standing in front of you? I’ll give this location one more chance, but if I face the same issue again, I’ll take my business elsewhere and escalate the complaint to Subway corporate.

  The lady working refused to make a pizza for my toddler. She told me it took a minute to cook and that she couldn’t do it because that was too long. Mind you were the only people in the store.
