I come here, my husband and I are greeted and had the best subs made for us. It made our whole day. Everyone was so nice. The place was so clean. The food was fresh and flavorful. Milly (I think) made our subs and she has been curating subs for years. She’s passionate. It’s hard to find these days. Amazing job!

I’ve had my service animals for 10 years after serving 15 years in the military. I’m a disabled vet and need his assistance. She immediately asked if it was our dog when we walked in and I stated it was. She responded with well he’s not allowed even if it’s a service animal. I politely walked out and had my wife continue with our order and pay for our order. Don’t visit this location, but subway as a company is great and we will continue to give them our business because we believe one persons ugliness and discrimination shouldn’t speak for a company as a whole.

He will not say when she will be there. Then curses at me tells me to leave. In the end 4 of Frisco PD show up. Police were plesant and got me my $2.32 back. Will not come back.
