    I visited this Subway location with my sister around 7:00–7:10 PM. We waited at the counter for about 10 minutes, but no employees were present to assist us. I checked to see if anyone was in the back and even tried the men’s restroom door, thinking an employee might be inside. When someone responded that it was occupied, he sounded rude and dismissive. After waiting an additional five minutes without any service or acknowledgment, we decided to leave. The lobby was also very unclean, which made the overall experience even more disappointing.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. From the moment I walked in, the staff—particularly the woman working behind the counter—treated me with unnecessary attitude and hostility. I genuinely felt as if I had done something wrong just by being there. I’ve always liked Subway, but the behavior and customer service at this outlet were unacceptable. The staff came across as rude, grumpy, and completely unprofessional. Management clearly needs to address these issues because this level of service is not okay. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location until they improve their staff training and customer service standards.

    Such rude staff, I’ve never had a problem using a subway coupon that I literally got in the mail that I use ALL THE TIME at other subways, the lady was so rude and acted as if it was illegal to use a freaking coupon. 0/10 worst subway experience. Again, I have never ever had someone reject a perfectly legal and usable coupon in my entire life. She was also throwing stuff into my sandwich like girl. It’s subway, relax.
