    The staff was extremely rude and failed to take orders properly. Their behavior was careless and showed a clear lack of respect toward customers. I have visited many Subway locations over the years, but I have never encountered such behavior before. I would also like to point out that if you place an online order, customers are not allowed to wait inside the store—even when it is not crowded. Despite my order being scheduled for 8:30, I arrived early and was asked to wait outside.

    Completely RASIST facility !!! Went to the option on January 4th 2026 at 4pm to place an order was turned around because of my race ! Also was refused services because I announced I would be reporting this behavior!! Do not come here for your subway needs !! Please what I went through wasn’t fair at all !! Go somewhere else if you want good customer service !

    We placed an online order for pickup at this location. When we arrived, I went in and picked up the order with no issues at first. I later went back inside to order another sandwich for myself, and I’m honestly glad I did—because that’s when they told me that the fountain drinks we ordered were already in the bag, not the bottled drinks I had grabbed from the refrigerator. No one bothered to explain that when I first picked up the order, which was very confusing and unorganized. To make things worse, the gentleman who made my sandwich when I went back inside was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was on his phone the entire time, having a personal conversation instead of focusing on the customer in front of him. He was careless with the ingredients, basically throwing them onto the sandwich, and never once asked me what I wanted—he just stood there waiting for me to speak. There was no customer service, no professionalism, and no courtesy. After all of that, when we got back to the car again, we realized they also forgot to include the chips from our order, so we had to go back inside a second time just to get what we already paid for. This was the final straw and made the entire experience even more frustrating. Between the lack of communication, disorganization, and rude behavior, this was a very disappointing experience. You should not come to this location due to how rude and unprofessional they are. There are plenty of better locations that actually care about their customers.

    Absolutely terrible experience. We picked up a mobile order and it was missing the chips we paid for. The drinks also weren’t made, just tossed into the bag unfilled. We had to go back inside twice to get things corrected. On top of that, the man making the sandwiches literally threw the ingredients on the bread and had an attitude when we asked for it to be toasted. The service was rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. Definitely one of the worst Subway visits we’ve had.

    The server taking my order was very rude to me. He didn't speak much English and I could barely understand what he was saying. He then proceeded to act irritated and hurried me along. I didn't even get the the correct order that I wanted at the end. I will not be visiting this establishment again.
