    My delivery order is missing multiple orders. I order directly from subway not a 3rd party. I have called multiple times with no answer at all. This leads me to believe someone is stealing. I do not want to play the games of I waited too long or should have came up there. If I could come up there I wouldn’t have ordered delivery. This is terrible customer service. I would like to speak to a manager ASAP!!!

    I was at that place exactly at 5:08 PM on March 1, 2026. The person who served me was a Hispanic woman who seemed to be having problems. It's because of people like her that small businesses lose their good customers. The service was terrible, she was rude and ill-mannered. If you don't feel well at your job, I understand, but don't treat people badly.

    Q triste es entrar a un sitio donde llegas con ilusión de comer algo q te guste y encontrarte con mala cara de una persona q odia su trabajo y lo transmite. Sábado 3 de enero del 2026 siendo las 5.08:10 pm Me atendió una mujer sumamente grosera y déspota! Mi esposo solo le hizo una pregunta, ¿ Hay de todo ? A lo q ella responde de forma burlesca y grotesca de aqui hasta alla.. Nos atendió de mala manera no nos dio opción para escoger, q triste comí hasta asustada de su mala energía! Si estas inconforme con tu trabajo por varios aspectos MUEVETE la vida es una sola, has lo q te agrade y puedas transmitirlo al mundo. Basta de tanta inconformidad nadie debe pagar los platos rotos de tu vida miserable!!!

    Lousy outlet. The girl there showed very little interest, got our orders wrong. Left the oven open & it was beeping for a good 10 mins before it dawned on her to shut it

    Horrible experience. The manager at the store was very rude this morning, 9/11/25. I don’t know his name, but he said he’s the manager. The store opens at 9:00 and at 9:10 he finally opened the door just because he saw me waiting. He didn’t have a good attitude from the beginning. He told me that the oven was not warm and he didn’t have the bread I Want it. He told me “Do you want a cold sandwich or not”. He also said that he was by herself by himself opening, so things were not ready and added “no one buys a sandwich at 9:00 A.M. so that’s why i don’t have anything ready” I said “how can I speak with the manager? “ and he said “I’m the manager”. He left while I was speaking with him. He obviously doesn’t like his job and doesn’t know anything about customer service. He could have said he didn’t have things ready in a nice way. I was not rude to him, but he interrupted me when I was speaking. Since I live in Frisco, this has been my store, for many years, but I’ll never go back because I wouldn’t like to see this person and be treated like this again. I hope someone can say something to him to prevent him to treat customers this way. No every employee there is nice, however, they weee never this rude and the reason I kept going to this location was because it was convenient. From now on, I’ll drive out of my way instead of visiting this store.
