I went there last night, and very specifically listed what I wanted on my order. After receiving my order without my modifications (literally just no tomato’s or mayo “please”), I apologetically asked to have them remake it. The manager came out and asked me specifically what I wanted on my burger. Then confirmed it. I offered to pay for the second burger, he said “it’s fine.” Then brought out my second burger, which was also wrong and literally nothing like what I had asked for (and confirmed by the manager.) I left because honestly why bother. This place is trash, go somewhere else lol

I was surprised that the iced tea was spoiled. It shocked me as this is the 2nd time. Im guessing I'm needing ti plan around the tea brewing schedule there.

Sergio was extremely disrespectful to me and my friends. We came up to the standing area to buy water, when he came out and told us that it doesn’t work, so we asked if we could get water and he said we’re going to have to order from the drive in spots. Ok, that’s totally fine, we walk up to an open spot and click the button when he comes back out and raises is voice at us and tells us to leave or he’s calling the cops because we need a car. He could’ve just told us that last part without getting all mad at us because we were just standing waiting to order. We pull a car up an order our waters, when we notice another person walk up to order, and they bring out his food exactly how we tried to just a few minutes before. I’ve never had a problem walking into a spot to order and I wish Sergio did call the cops so that he would be embarrassed by the fact that we did nothing wrong. Am I missing something? Sergio, do better. We’re all old enough to have a respectful conversation.

Stopped in to get a quick breakfast and was helped by Sergio. What a pleasant and helpful guy. My order was perfect and fresh. I highly recommend. Thank you Sergio for the great service.

Never in my life have I been talked to/treated the way I was at this Sonic last night. Yes, 24 hours later and I am STILL in shock. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years, I am VERY understanding when it comes to any kind of service. I understand having a bad day or being ready to go home (even though I was there 3 hours before closing), but there is absolutely no excuse for the attitude of whoever was taking my order. He was extremely short with me, and anything I said or asked was met with either a one-word “yeah” in an annoyed and disrespectful tone or just no response at all. It genuinely felt like I was inconveniencing him simply by placing an order. When I finished with my order, he simply hung up. On the screen, it showed my order was entered incorrectly, so when I pressed the button again to politely clarify, he answered with an even ruder “yeah??” The screen also said that I would be paying cash (it immediately was set to that option by whoever was taking my order). When the runner dropped off my food, THEY then informed me that the card machine attached to the screen was out of order. By the end of it, I genuinely did not feel comfortable even eating the food that I paid (and tipped) for. I REALLY hope that management takes care of this because this person does not belong in the service industry.
