  I tried a pizza with onions and jalapeños on a cauliflower crust with Singas’ signature red sauce, and it was absolutely amazing! One of the staff members recommended this combination, and I’m so glad I went with their suggestion. The cauliflower crust was perfectly crisp, the jalapeños added just the right kick, and the onions balanced everything with great flavor. I’d definitely come back to try more of their pizzas. Highly recommend! 🍕🔥 ---

  Worst pizza I have ever eaten! The chicken tikka pizza did not even taste right at all! Soo tangy it was gross...Cheese was falling off the pizza. Crust was hard as a rock. Never going here again

  I tried their buy 2 get 1 free pizza offer and it was just amazing. I ordered the chicken pizza with BBQ sauce and it was one of the best I’ve had. The chicken was really fresh, and the sauce had a special taste that made it stand out. What I liked most is that the veggies weren’t frozen like at other pizza places. You can really taste the freshness in every bite. Definitely coming back again.

  food was absolutely amazing, but the customer service needs genuine help. the servers are not considerate or attentive. We tried getting their attention but they were glued to their phones. They handed us a hot plate and did not let us know it wud be as hot which burned my friends hand. Honestly sad because the food is soooooooo yummy!!! staff needs work

  Updated review at the bottom and pic of the owners response added: My friend who is from NJ had mentioned how this chain is so popular in NJ area for years and how excited she was to try it now that it is finally here in Frisco- McKinney area! So 3 of us went with high expectations and she was looking for the taste she grew up with! Unfortunately, this place was a total disappointment for both of us! It was nowhere near the original taste and for me as first timer, I wish I had never gone here! We also had ordered jalapeño poppers which was horrible! The pasta was super cheesy and tasteless, our vegetarian Alfredo sauce pizza with garlic and spinach also came with insane amount of cheese and maybe some Alfredo sauce but it had no taste whatsoever so ever! There was a bit of spinach but no garlic! It was a tasteless cheese pool!! The jalapeño pizza also kept up with unreasonable amount of cheese but had a bit of taste! We tried to eat the pizzas a bit but ended up tossing the entire pasta meal! They didn’t give us plates or silverware.. We had to go ask for it and they gave super flimsy paper plates and ready to break cutlery which was no match for the cheesy food! Trying to eat the first slice on that plate, half way through the plate ripped and pizza bite had some paper attached to it! They also do not have fountain drinks or water so u will basically end up spending money for that too! This place is a hype that in my opinion is absolutely worthless! The only positive I can say is that their food was hot and staff was polite in spite of being confused!, I would never want to go back even if it was free! Update: to the owner/ staff at Singas pizza! Please note that we were never approached by your manager, nor did we leave for any urgent matter! Ur response stating we needed to rush and that we were approached by your manager to see if everything was good was completely baseless! Please atleast don’t make up false stories!
