    Got 50% off deal, placed order and came in to pick up. The young person/ cashier was very nice and politely help everyone given how busy it was. My pizza got issue with very little topping on it, but the manager got it right by communicating through email and we got it resolved.

    Ordered pizzas to be delivered at 5pm for kids going trick or treating. Called at 5:15 and was told the were very backed up. Changed to pickup and told it would be ready for pickup in 15-20 minutes. Arrived at store around 5:25 told another 15-20 minutes till it’s ready and got yelled at by the guy cooking it because they over committed on orders. Now have kids going trick or treating with no dinner. Awesome. Order from somewhere else - can’t rely on a place that over commits - plenty of pizza places around. Adding on the outcome… so they literally lied to me and many others there continually stating our orders were in the oven… finally 45 minutes after my order was supposed to be delivered I learn they had not even started making it… I cancelled and drove down the road to the chick flla to salvage dinner for the kids. That will be my last interaction with Papa John’s.

    Placed an order the day ahead for a party. Even called the morning of the party to ensure they had my order and the delivery instructions. They confirmed all. At the delivery time, I get a random text from someone asking me for my address. Turns out it was a Door Dash person. Poor service from Pappa John's. Did not give him the address or the delivery instructions. Poor service from the manager (Nicole) when I called. She just blamed the Door Dash person and said he didn't speak good english. Would not recommend or order from here again.
