    1. Took over 2 hours to get a delivery. Everytime I called they said it’s ok it’s way. No apologies. No credit given for the inconvenience. 2. The marinara was rancid. Never again will I order from this dumpster of a pizza joint. They are the triple crown of horrible pizza joints. 1. Horrible Service 2. Lateness is their middle name. 3. Using expired ingredients. I’ve made put in a report to the Collin County Health Dept due to using rancid ingredients. Order pizza from here if you want to loose weight as youll get sick as a dog a few minutes after first bite.

    Every time I’ve ordered a pizza from this, Papa John’s, it has been incorrect. I placed orders to be delivered at a specific time and the last three times that I’ve ordered the pizza has shown up an hour late and it was cold. I highly recommend using any other pizza place than this one.

    The pizza was not good. Dough soggy, minimal topping. Frozen pizza would have been better. I remember Papa John’s as being one of the better chains. They need to do better.

    Food is way worse than any usual papa John’s and they never gave me a refund regarding recent request that was ordered to a wrong store which I was told I was going to be getting a refund over the phone.
