  I give a 2 stars for the cashier. But food was not at its best looked like trash. Added some extras and felt like I had to ask again for it. If I am paying for my extras… hey don’t short me. Got attitude from the employee for asking. I don’t understand if you don’t want to work there and deal with people find something else that suits you. Smh just awful.

  Great place for vegetarian soup and sandwich options. The soups were fresh and flavorful, and the veggie sandwiches were well made and satisfying. Good quality ingredients and consistent taste. The location is convenient, and service was quick and friendly. A nice spot for a light, healthy meal. Would definitely visit again

  Manager went above and beyond to make right a wrong order weeks later. Although the bacon mac n cheese I ordered to add to the fix was actually wrong again with no bacon😅 it’s the thought that counts.

  Today, when we were at that location, there was a man with a beard and a cap standing there around 2:30 PM on Sunday. He just ignored me and served another woman who cut in line in front of me. When I asked if he was the manager, he said he was. The woman was very rude and even told me something racist like “go back to your country.” The so-called manager just stood there and did nothing. It was a really awful, racist experience. I hope that whoever is above this manager actually sees this report and fires him, because that kind of behavior is unacceptable.Also, please note that this place seems to be a very racist environment. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

  I am beyond disappointed with the service at the Preston Road location in Frisco. The service was an absolute joke. I placed a simple order for a sandwich, and waited 30 minutes before finally having to ask about my food. Only then was I informed that they had run out of bread—the key ingredient for a sandwich—and they neglected to tell me or any other waiting customers. I ended up having to request a full refund because the wait was ridiculous and the staff showed zero consideration for my time. This location is trash. It takes way too long for a simple food item, and the lack of communication from the employees is appalling. I do not recommend this Panera Bread location to anyone. Aiden was the manager on shift.
