He just ignored me and served another woman who cut in line in front of me. When I asked if he was the manager, he said he was. The woman was very rude and even told me something racist like “go back to your country.” The so-called manager just stood there and did nothing. It was a really awful, racist experience. I hope that whoever is above this manager actually sees this report and fires him, because that kind of behavior is unacceptable.Also, please note that this place seems to be a very racist environment. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I placed a simple order for a sandwich, and waited 30 minutes before finally having to ask about my food. Only then was I informed that they had run out of bread—the key ingredient for a sandwich—and they neglected to tell me or any other waiting customers. I ended up having to request a full refund because the wait was ridiculous and the staff showed zero consideration for my time. This location is trash. It takes way too long for a simple food item, and the lack of communication from the employees is appalling. I do not recommend this Panera Bread location to anyone. Aiden was the manager on shift.
