She made sure the restaurant was spotless, and she made sure we had everything we needed—checking on us multiple times, bringing us to-go boxes without us even having to ask, and maintaining a cheerful, friendly, and genuinely helpful attitude the entire time. Nina made our experience memorable, and her outstanding service is a perfect example of what great customer care should look like. Panera is lucky to have her!
