  I went with my sister to get the koala punch because it looked like a really fun drink. We were told the bar was open seating and went up and sat down in two of the four open seats. The bartender waited until we were sitting down and then (in a very unfriendly tone) told us that the seats were reserved and that we needed to sit somewhere else. At no point during the duration of our time at outback did anyone sit in those seats. I think he just did not want to serve us. We ended up sitting at a table and had to call over someone so we could order after a long wait. The koala punch was not a very good drink (WAY too sweet) but I liked the little koala rubber duck. We ate our dinner somewhere else after our experience ordering the drinks.

  Our experience at this Outback was extraordinary! Thanks to our server, Taylen, we had a fantastic dinner on New Year’s Eve with speedy service and frequent check-ins! The food just kept coming and so did the smiles and laughs! Thanks, Taylen!

  The service was great from our server. Although the silverware was filthy when I opened the napkin. I feel all restaurants need to put names on the bins of each server and when they roll silverware it goes in their bin. When it’s filthy as it was or not polished. You know what server didn’t do their job. If someone else rolled for you, it must be approved and signed off on by the Floor Manager on duty. Hold these employees accountable. It was truly disgusting how dirty the silverware was that they comped out blooming onion.

  Outstanding Service from Taylen! We had an amazing experience at Outback Steakhouse, and a huge part of that was our server, Taylen. This was hands down some of the best service we’ve ever had at an Outback location. He was extremely attentive, very personable, and consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect. Taylen was also very knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations, which made our dining experience even better. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly stood out and made us feel welcomed and well taken care of from start to finish. If you’re dining here, ask for Taylen, he made our visit exceptional. We’ll definitely be back!

  My friend and I both ordered the same Delmonico steak both orders were cooked the same, hers was tender and delicious and mine didn't even look like hers and was tough, full of gristle hard to cut through sent it back got the same thing another crappy expensive steak. So disappointing the second time in a row going there. I love a good steak I have never had to do this at Texas Roadhouse always a great steak Outback get your act together you used to do better
