They’re taking up more than half the tables in an area that’s supposed to be for paying customers to sit down, eat, and enjoy a drink. Because of logistics, much of our shipping is done at the sister store Tom Thumb on FM423 which is much closer. Yesterday, tried the online order/pickup service simply because of a promotion. 1st off, the store team member, Debbie who processed the order was FANTASTIC! What a personable soul. So friendly and helpful. Of course, I messed it up, so I found Kyle in the Customer Service office. Nice guy! He got my error all straightened out and showed how to avoid the "user errors" in the future. 1st time, it's not how I usually do my shopping. Half the fun is going inside and visiting and picking a few impulse items that call my name walking the isles. Debbie and Kyle made it special. Thank you! Definately a great brand and a great location.

They make my events go so smoothly and I can always count on it being perfect. Today I witnessed a customer being unreadably rude to the staff and they handled with such professionalism and grace. I will always use this location!
