Wow. If you've never tried Momo these are some of the best in North Texas. Grab the momo sampler... Chili Momo is our favorite. Crispy 65 is absolutely to die for. Perfect balance between tangy and spicy. We tried three different curries and each one was unique and the spices married perfectly. 8 yo daughter tried the butter chicken, mild, which she couldn't get enough. This will be put in our normal rotation! Thank you to the staff and chef for a beautiful lunch!

Delicious! Not heavy either! We ordered the lamb sizzler and chicken momo special platter per the lovely server’s recommendation, and everything was so tasty. The platter had momo 3 ways (normal, fried, and chili), and the lamb was well spiced! The meals came with different sauces with different spice levels, and nothing was overly spicy which was great. Will come back to try the things we didn’t have room for this time!

We attended a special dinner with Chef Santosh Shah, scheduled to begin at 6:30 PM, but unfortunately, it didn’t start until 9:00 PM. The long delay made the evening feel quite unorganized and poorly managed, which was disappointing given the expectations for such an event. That said, once the dinner finally began, the food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of rich flavors — you could clearly see the thought and creativity behind each course. Chef Santosh’s talent really shone through in the menu. Overall, while the management and timing of the event left a lot to be desired, the culinary experience itself was exceptional. If they can improve their event organization, it would be a truly five-star experience.

What an incredible culinary escape along the DNT! We stopped by for lunch for our first visit and all we can say is “WOW”…. We had the tandoori chicken Caesar, jhol chicken momo, crunchy chicken 65, and the most creative tomato-basil soup we have had in a long time. The flavor profiles are fabulous, with layers of seasoning in each bite. We are definitely adding Himalayan Spice to our frequent dining out locations. We strongly recommend this restaurant due to its ambience, service, and uniquely Himalayan flavors in familiar dishes.

I was really excited to hear about a new Nepali restaurant opening nearby, but after visiting and trying several dishes, I was very disappointed. The food was genuinely unpleasant and did not reflect authentic Nepali flavors at all. If someone thinks this is what Nepali food tastes like, they probably haven’t experienced real Nepali cuisine. The owner really needs to reconsider the recipes and preparation methods — the taste and quality were far from what they should be. I also spoke with around 10–12 other families in our neighborhood, and everyone shared the same feedback. We’ve all decided not to go back. Unfortunately, this was a total disappointment, and I do not recommend this restaurant.
