First time ever there and i absolutely LOVE H.E.B.! The amount of choices you have from meats to cheeses and everything else is just amazing. Definately going to be my main grocery store from now on. Krogers? Say goodbye to them!!

If you want to understand why Texans love H E B, this Frisco location will make it crystal clear. Walking into this store feels less like a grocery run and more like a full Texas experience. The place is spotless, well organized, and packed with an incredible selection of fresh produce, ready to cook meals, bakery items, and local Texas favorites. The produce section alone is worth the trip. Everything looks fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully displayed, and the store brand options are surprisingly high quality for the price.
I visit Dallas regularly to see clients who also own homes on 30A, and this H E B stop has become a bit of a tradition when I’m in town. After long days of meetings and driving around North Dallas, this place is the perfect reset. Grab a fresh meal, a few Texas snacks to take back to the hotel, and you’re good to go.
What really stands out is how efficient and friendly everything feels. Even when the store is busy, the aisles are wide, checkout is quick, and the staff is genuinely helpful. It is the kind of grocery store where you walk in needing one thing and walk out with a full cart because everything looks so good.
The Frisco location is also incredibly convenient, open daily from early morning until late evening, which makes it easy to stop in whether you’re starting the day or finishing up after work.
If you are visiting the Dallas area, especially around Frisco, this H E B is absolutely worth a stop. Whether you need groceries, prepared meals, or just want to see why Texans are so loyal to this brand, this place delivers every time.
I absolutely adore their products, particularly the HEB brand. Their meat products are always a reliable choice. However, the only downside is the parking lot, which is always full and difficult to find a spot. It’s understandable, as they are a popular store and are busy all the time.
Shopping at H-E-B is always great, but partnering with them is even better.
Their commitment to supporting military families and local communities aligns perfectly with the mission of the Military Child Education Coalition.
When a company says it cares about community—and actually backs it up—you notice. Great stores. Great people. Real impact.
Texas is lucky to have H-E-B.

A miserable shopping experience. The aisles are perpetually crowded with employees pushing massive carts that block off most shelves. The employees treat shopping customers either as objects to be ignored, or glare at them with open hostility because customers have the audacity to want to shop around them. In addition, they give out "customer survey" slips that takes you to a website that requires a code to submit to, but they don't give you the code. They claim it's on their receipts, but that's just an outright lie.
HEB seems to be going out of their way to drive customers from actually shopping in the store in person. Presumably they will eventually get to the point where they are just warehouses that the public pulls up to and get their groceries, rather than a place where anyone can actually comfortably shop and browse.
There doesn't seem to be anyone in the store, or at the corporate level, that actually might be able to be courteous or helpful to any customers.
UPDATE: No human response from HEB. This review generated an auto-response, as did their online feedback. HEB apparently expects people to keep calling them back, again and again, without any reasonable attempts on their part to respond or reach out to dissatisfied customers. This is the corporate equivalent of sticking their fingers in their ears and going "La-la-la, I can't hear you" and hoping the problem goes away. Well, HEB, I can tell you one thing that has certainly gone away: My business
