Yes, I love my HEB. Not only is the selection consistently superb, but the staff is always friendly and helpful, without being overbearing. As a cane user, sometimes I use the power scooters while shopping when having a flare up, and the carts are always charged, well-maintained, and ready to go! Even when they are stocking the shelves, I never feel like I am in the way or a nussiance as a scooter user.
The pharmacy staff is EXCELLENT and deserve a 5-star review all of their own. I also need to give the bakery, produce, and sushi section their flowers. I always find exactly what I'm looking for and more!

Good selection of fresh produce, sushi, salad bar and meat. Neatly organized and ample parking space. Only drawback is the traffic on FM 423 and US 380. But with the new flyover opened recently, hoping the traffic will be reduced and easy access to the store. Also, the store celebrated Diwali which shows their inclusiveness and openness to all the religions and races.

This H-E-B completely lost my respect. Every time I walk in wearing my motorcycle gear, the employees act like I’m stealing or up to something shady. I ride a motorcycle obviously I’m going to have my gear on. It’s not easy to take it all off just to go inside for a few minutes.
For the record, I have more money in my bank account than probably anyone who works here. I make plenty of money and have absolutely no reason to steal anything. The fact that I’m being judged just because of how I look walking in is beyond ridiculous.
I’ll be taking my business to the new Walmart across the street, maybe they’ll treat paying customers with a little more respect.
