The staff were very helpful and friendly even though it was New Year's Eve and the store was packed. Everything is well organized and we found what we needed very quickly. Can't wait until the H-E-B opens near our house!

They have prices that are sometimes the same or lower than Walmart. Where they are different is HEB doesn't let things like open cartons of cracked eggs or expired dairy keep them from having full shelves.
Edit: HEB ignored that I pointed out their expired dairy but likes that I was shopping there.

Second occasion that i had issues with this particular HEB, the first was finding multiple bugs in my lettuce that was picked out by curbside/delivery. Second was multiple flies i seen inside the bakery freshed baked good, this is the last straw i will not be shopping here. I placed a delivery order thru HEB APP (very imporant btw) i paid the extra delivery rate to get here in the afternoon i placed the order around noon that same day, and i had acouple issues with my order damaged items and items being much smaller in size that the item usually is also my time slot was for 4-5 pm the delivery didnt get here till 5:30, first issue i was expecting it at that time they did not want to refund or partal refund delivery charge due to this, also they said we have a new system so your order is thru 3rd party which is doordash no it is not, i placed thru heb app not doordash app it is not my fault they decided to outsource there orders and when there is an issue unwilling to take care any responsibility. All they could say we can give you doordash number and any issues they can take care of it, i did not place it with them!! Very unhappy when i asked to speak to a manager , they said there is no one else to speak to at the moment , thats also because i had to call multiple time to get them to answer the phone.

This store is going downhill quickly. The food quality seems to be getting worse and worse. I live in the neighborhood next door and most of the time I would rather drive to their prosper location for better service and quality. Today, I ran in for rotisserie chicken. To my surprise they were out and the wait was 45 minutes. To make matters worse they were being extremely rude to customers ahead of me asking about the chicken. I would highly encourage corporate or upper management to check in. This store is an embarrassment to the brand.
