Folks work hard for their money and expect fresh correct orders regardless of your profit margins. Bagel was stale and had minimal Everything dust and the cream cheese was plain. This is a drive thru order, not like they could forget. Do not respond for me to contact you, I will not. Just like I will not return. Just provide the fresh food we pay for at the time we want it or close.

There is no separate pickup area for online/mobile orders, so you still have to wait in line just to let them know you are there. My bagel was overcooked and cold, and the Hash brown was stuck to the paper bag. I had ordered a small coffee but wasn’t given a cup and had to wait in line again. When I finally got it, the dispenser was empty, the coffee wasn’t hot, and the half-and-half creamer was empty, napkin dispenser too which meant going back yet again to ask for help. I usually enjoy coming here, but today felt disorganized. so I hope this was just an off day and things improve.
