- NNNiesha News1 day ago5.0This was my first time trying Dutch bros at this location is now my favorite I came for 3 days in a row the butter chocolate chip freeze is soooo amazing and good and the portion is just how I like it the employees here are overly nice and give top tier customer service the outside is clean and they have menus every side of the building so you are able to take time and order Dutch bros have a wide selection of drinks to choose from so take your time to order and the employees also help you order if you are needing help making a selection. I also order the breakfast sliders which are very delicious and served hot I had the bacon and Cheese sliders they are small so order two but I honestly enjoyed my visit here and will continue to visit long as the customer service stays pleasant!!!

Even with a long line and a ton of drink orders coming in, the crew kept everything moving smoothly. Shoutout to Jess for being super friendly and handling the rush like a pro. Great customer service all around, especially for how busy it was.

But the young woman working the window… Jess, she was so incredible! She noticed how down I was and was so kind and wonderful towards me. My morning definitely turned around after Jess made me feel so appreciated! Love this Dutch Bros location!

Everytime, they can't get my order done anywhere near time of pickup. Then they forget and it is left sitting on the counter getting cold. They asked me if I needed a carrier which I replied 3x "no". Yet she keeps asking and I said 3 times no already!

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
