I visit this location almost daily and place the same drink order. Today the new manager immediately became argumentative when I explained my coffee was not correct. After a second cup made it became obvious something was different compared to the coffee that is normally brewed. The manager then proceeded to lie and state that the flavor added to my coffee was not on the ticket, this was incorrect as I had already checked the sticker on the original cup and the receipt. The staff had the look of visible embarrassment at the managers actions. When I informed the manager I would not return to this location again as long as she is the manager, she immediately continued with her actions and verbal disrespect. I will thank the staff, that is forced to work with this new manager, they maintained their composure and recommended a solution that the manager did not.

Brutal experience today ordering breakfast. Felt rushed. Was called "honey" and "baby." The lady taking my order was overly passive aggressive. The breakfast sandwich rivaled a frozen Jimmy Dean sandwich. Very disappointed at this location

I’ve visited this location three times. I’ve had two negative experiences and both negative experiences center around a singular person - the general manager Cassie, or whatever her name is. (My positive experience occurred when I didn’t see or interact with her whatsoever.) As someone in corporate leadership, a sign of a good leader, (across ANY industry), is to trust that you have trained your staff appropriately and they have the skills to work independently with minimal supervision. I understand a need to progress the line, however she inserted herself unnecessarily and micromanaged the window associates on both of my visits. During my first visit, I paused to check my order in the bag thoroughly. She popped up at the window to essentially (verbally) get me moving along as if I was holding up the line. I was definitely put off by her delivery style, but ok; understood - She wanted to advance the drive-thru line. So I pulled off and checked my order outside the line. Today, the young lady at the window (dark hair with tattoos) was fantastic and perfectly capable. Cassie was all the way at the register helping someone else. I looked up to see her now at the window and I thought she asked if that was my order and she handed me a bag. I honestly was immediately turned off by her mere presence (based on our previous encounter) and I wanted to get away from her before she tried to rush me off again. As a result, I clearly didn’t fully register WHAT she said to me. I quickly looked in the bag and pulled out the napkins and saw it was in fact NOT my order. At the same time the original young lady reappeared with my actual order and I handed them back the bag. Before I could even apologize, Ms Cassie cops a whole attitude and scolded me for taking the wrong order and accused me of opening the sandwich. I asked her point blank, “Do you want to belabor the point or…..?” She proceeded to again accuse me of opening the sandwich and then tells me her specific name and title when at no point did I ever ask for her information. Note - An effective leader does not escalate situations either. I refused to let her bait me, so I just looked at her and said “Thank you Miss Cassie.” and I left. My takeaway was that it felt as though she was daring me to complain on her. I was very clear what her intent was - to antagonize. Meanwhile, if she had not INSERTED HERSELF to micromanage her team member, it would've likely been a non-issue as the young lady had it completely handled. First Cassie rushed me when I wanted to check my order during my first visit and now it’s this behavior. I’m trying to figure out the over under of the likelihood that she told the next customer “Sorry for the delay. The last customer ‘touched’ your order.” …Or something to that effect. LOL Needless to say, I won’t be returning. On a side note - I also find her habit of calling strangers “honey” and “ baby” very off-putting and disingenuous. It gives me the ick. Regardless of the fact that it’s a southern practice, it is not necessary in order to be polite. I don’t know her and she is TOO FAMILIAR. Good food though.
