  This is probably the worse Dunkin. The lady at the window is horrible.. She hangs the food out the window before you are even at the window! The food is a no! Hashbrowns are hard. The wraps are smushed into small bags instead of the one that fits its size. Just horrible.

  I usually enjoy coming to this Dunkin’, but during my recent visit today , one employee was quite dismissive when I tried to confirm a drink that another staff member had recommended for my son. I explained I didn’t remember the name and was trying to ask the other employee, but I was repeatedly told to ‘look at my order’ instead. A little patience and courtesy would have made a big difference.

  Ordered "1 order of donut holes". $1.89 is fine. Even if it was $2.49 for 6 holes, it's fine. However - charging me extra $0.50 for 1 extra donut hole I did not order is unethical. Why charge me for something I did not order? Why make it 6 instead of 5? Conduct your business ethically in the future. Don't reach out to me. I don't need any remedy. I'll take down this review myself after 10 visits without this problem.

  Horribly loud rock music playing over sound system. Makes me not want to not go back. Donuts are pretty good. Can't hear the servicer over the music. I feel sorry they have to listen the noise all day..
