I explained I didn’t remember the name and was trying to ask the other employee, but I was repeatedly told to ‘look at my order’ instead. A little patience and courtesy would have made a big difference.

However - charging me extra $0.50 for 1 extra donut hole I did not order is unethical. Why charge me for something I did not order? Why make it 6 instead of 5? Conduct your business ethically in the future. Don't reach out to me. I don't need any remedy. I'll take down this review myself after 10 visits without this problem.

The reason I give my reviews about this location is, we had there yesterday after my kid’s school concert because he was so hungry as I told before it very close to the school, I ordered few items from the menu no issues with that except apple flitter, this is second time I bought the apple flitter from this place and it’s not baked well, it’s uncooked the gluey dough shows it clearly. Very disappointed! First time I thought May be it was by mistaken and I informed the employee about that in my next visit, but yesterday it was again, Managment should keep eye on it and train the employees to check before displaying.
