The pizza often arrives cold, sometimes without napkins, and the last few orders were delivered up to an hour and a half after being placed. This has happened on regular days, with no special events, both during the week and outside of weekends. I wanted to share this feedback in hopes it helps improve the service, as I've always enjoyed ordering from here.

To brush off a paying customer that calls and provides feedback about having their pizzas left outside on the step in the cold is unacceptable! The fact you think it’s ok to leave people’s food outside on the ground and not even attempt to ring the doorbell or knock is beyond comprehension. Never again!! I’d rather eat from your competitors that care about their customers!
