  The server Rianna should be fired. She is dishonest and lacks a moral compass. She was upbeat in the beginning and then quickly switched on our group once we notified her that we would like to apply the military discount to our total. She then insisted on seeing the ID (not a problem) but then took it and walked off. It is a violation for a service member to allow another individual to be in possession of the identification. Rianna then came back and stated that the max amount of people that the discount could be applied to was seven (corporate verified that was not accurate). She then came back and agreed to apply the discount to the tab. She overcharged us for four drinks. We ordered four kid sodas and she charged us for adult sodas despite serving my kids drinks in kids cups. Then the fun part, when it came time to pay the total, she said the tip wasn’t included. We tipped the typical 20% and then requested the itemized receipt. She took forever and then brought it back and laid it face down and disappeared. Not only did the check already include the automatic $71 gratuity, she lied, so we paid an additional $126 (20%) on top of that total. She also told us we should buy the game card while sitting at the table. Now we know why. Come to find out, the automatic gratuity for our large party was also applied to the $122 we spent on game cards. Overall, due to her shady tactics, we would not recommend this place. We went there to celebrate a birthday and Rianna made our experience unpleasant. She disrespected a service member and tried to scam his family as well. The manager was helpful but his staff member needs to be reprimanded. This was the most unethical experience we’ve ever encountered.

  I mainly wanted to come on here to give a huge thanks to the wait staff/manager. As a family with a life threatening food allergy it is very hard to eat out, not because the food is hard to avoid, but because so often the staff is cavalier about the allergy. We stopped for desserts, ordered some things to all share, and mentioned the allergy to our server. She immediately told us that she could not take our order until we spoke to the manager. The manager came out in a very timely manner and spoke with us. He then went back to the kitchen to speak with them and came back out. It turned out that one of the desserts that should have been the safest DID, in fact, contain the allergen. We ordered something else and were so incredibly thankful for the very positive experience that we had! Great job Dave and Busters!

  This is a great location, conveniently in the stonebriar mall. The food is unfortunately lack luster. We’ve tried several different items there and have never been impressed. They do offer some pretty great drink specials, and there are options for game cards with meals. The games are actually more reasonable in points than other locations most average from 3-5points per game. Our kids had a blast and played for several hours for less than $100. The service was really nice we had zero complaints on the waitstaff as they have always done an incredible job. Restrooms were clean and the prize are was nice as well with several options. Overall a good Dave and Busters location, just wish the menu was more impressive for the pricing.

  Was such a great time we met some family i haven't seen in years and my kids loved it. The food was good and our server was awesome. We had a big party of 18 and they all were great

  The food was okay, and the staff were very helpful and attentive. We did the eat-and-play combo, which gave us about 90 minutes of game time. It was fun, though 90 minutes felt a bit long—we started getting tired after about an hour. Overall, it was a great experience; I just wish there were more games available with the 90 minute card.
